While Bousquet Technologies Innovation draws on more than 80 years of HVAC history, its modern evolution : shaped over recent decades : defines its current identity and expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

On May 1, 2026, Nagas Innovation and Bousquet Technologies combined their expertise to form Bousquet Technologies Innovation Inc. This merger marks a natural continuity of our journey and reflects our commitment to evolving alongside our industry while capitalizing on a recognized expertise in HVAC.

Attuned to industry transformations and customer needs, BTI designs and manufactures high-end heating, air conditioning, and ventilation (HVAC) units for institutional, commercial, industrial, and specialized markets. Over the years, the company has developed a deep understanding of the unique realities of different HVAC markets, allowing it to respond with rigor, precision, and consistency, with a permanent focus on thermal comfort, energy performance, and safety.

Through a flexible design approach and proven expertise, BTI offers robust, adaptable, and durable HVAC equipment that meets the highest standards for energy efficiency, heat recovery, indoor air quality (IAQ), space optimization, and noise reduction. A multidisciplinary team of HVAC engineers, technicians, and representatives supports every project, from the initial discussion with consulting engineers and contractors to the assembly of custom air handling units.

Our Facilities

Sainte-Julie Plant

Located in Sainte-Julie, the BTI plant is dedicated to the design and manufacturing of custom HVAC units. It brings together experts in engineering, manufacturing, and assembly, allowing for great production flexibility and rigorous quality control at every stage. This facility plays a key role in developing high-performance, robust solutions tailored to complex projects.

Varennes Plant

The Varennes plant supports BTI’s growth through its manufacturing, assembly, and HVAC solution optimization capabilities. It contributes to effectively meeting the needs of institutional, commercial, and industrial markets while ensuring high standards of performance, durability, and indoor air quality.

Varennes Plant – The Center of Excellence

Located in Varennes, this facility serves as the Center of Excellence for Bousquet Technologies Innovation. In 2022, the company began manufacturing its own custom-engineered doors: which are thermal bridge-free and feature aluminum frames. This strategic decision followed significant supply chain challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since then, the site has evolved into a specialized machining center serving the entire group. Today, it handles the manufacturing and machining of all aluminum extrusions used in the design of dampers, fans, and, more recently, the new all-aluminum thermal bridge-free cabinet. This Center of Excellence plays a key role in quality control, component innovation, and optimizing the thermal and structural performance of BTI’s HVAC equipment.
